In 2019, I celebrated my birthday in Europe. First stop, Paris. This city was everything I had hoped and dreamed of. There was an energy that was lively yet not overwhelming. It was perfection. It was Parisian and didn’t know what that meant until I arrived. I remember arriving jet lagged but making our way to the Eifel Tower on foot as twilight approached. Stopped at a market to pick up a bottle of wine and a sandwich. Arrived just in time to catch the sparkling lights show. It was a wonderful introduction to the city.
Ever since 2016, I have only taken film when on vacation. It lets me disconnect and be more present in the moment. I can relive moments when I get home and get my film developed and scanned. This was no different. Everything was photographed with a Nikon F100 and Contax T3 on misc. Kodak consumer 35mm film. The exception was a few rolls of Cinestill 800t.
Thank you!! Appreciate the love. :)
Luis. This is amazing. Reminiscing about a place I never been.
