Cuba – From the archives, December 2018.
Havana, Varadero, Viñales.
Cuba is an enchanting place that is frozen in time. This place feels like it teleports you to a different era but the reality is more complex. As an American visiting Cuba, these complexities are more layered. Any premonition I had, went all the window, as the Cuban people graced me with the hospitality I have not experienced anywhere else. Their vibrancy never wavered and forever thankful for the opportunity to visit.
“There are a lot of lines in the Cuban reality, that apparently cannot be trespassed. But I think they can be crossed, or at the very least they can be pushed.”
